Privacy

Short version: we never read your inbox, we collect only what the service needs, and this service is for parents.

What we collect

Your email address, the schools you pick, and calendar subscription requests when your calendar app refreshes. We do not know which individual dates you read. If you pay, Stripe handles your card; we never see it.

School emails

Newsletters we subscribe to, and emails you choose to forward to your private family address, are read by an AI model (Claude, made by Anthropic) to pull out dates. A person reviews the result before it is published. After successful extraction, the original email body is deleted; we retain extracted dates, source excerpts and message metadata. Emails that cannot be processed and newsletter confirmation emails may be retained for review.

Children

Parents are the only users. We do not create accounts for children. Forwarded messages may contain personal information, so only send details needed to extract the dates. Authorized reviewers can see retained excerpts.

Visitor analytics

Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics are used to count visits. The application excludes private family pages and the links-recovery page from its Google Analytics tag. Calendar requests are counted separately to understand subscription usage.

Your choices

Email us to delete your family and everything attached to it. Subscriber links can be changed on request.
